Requests Nodes N Codes can review
Depending on location and relationship, requests may cover access, confirmation, correction, deletion, portability, consent withdrawal, restriction, objection, opt out, disclosure information, or appeal. Selecting a request does not guarantee a particular outcome; Nodes and Codes Enterprises LLC will apply the rights and verified exceptions required by the applicable jurisdiction.
Identity and authorized-agent verification
Before protected information is disclosed, corrected, or deleted, Nodes and Codes Enterprises LLC may verify the requester through the account, a known contact channel, signed authority, or another proportionate method. An authorized agent may be asked to provide written authority and the person may be asked to confirm the request directly.
Response, timing, and appeals
Nodes and Codes Enterprises LLC will acknowledge a properly delivered request and respond within the period required by the applicable law. If more time is lawfully needed, or if a request is denied in whole or part, the response will explain the reason, any available appeal path, and how to contact the appropriate regulator where required.
What not to send
Do not email passwords, payment-card details, one-time codes, medical records, government identifiers, or full copies of sensitive business files. Nodes and Codes Enterprises LLC will provide a secure verification or transfer path if additional information is genuinely required.
No retaliation for exercising a right
Nodes and Codes Enterprises LLC will not unlawfully discriminate, retaliate, or deny a service because a person exercised an applicable privacy right. A requested deletion or restriction may make a function unavailable when the information is genuinely required to provide that function; the effect will be explained before completion.
Version control and professional review
These materials identify Nodes and Codes Enterprises LLC's current product rules and launch commitments. They will be versioned as paid plans, payment processing, and additional jurisdictions activate, and should be included in the company's professional legal review before broad commercial release.
